Who we are

Geet Digital ("we", "us") is a music label and digital distributor. We operate the Geet Digital dashboard at social.geetdigital.com, which lets our team and our artists publish and schedule videos to the artists' own connected social‑media accounts (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).

Information we collect

• Social‑account connection data. When an artist connects an account, the platform (e.g. TikTok) returns to us an access token and basic public profile information such as the account/display name, profile picture, and account ID. We store these to publish on the account's behalf and to show its connection status.
• Content you choose to publish. Videos, captions, titles, and scheduling details submitted through the dashboard for publishing to a connected account.
• Operational data. Basic logs of publishing/registration activity so we can show status and troubleshoot.
• We never receive your password. Sign‑in happens on the platform's own website (TikTok, Google, Meta). We only receive the limited access token you approve — never your username or password.

How we use it

• To publish or schedule the videos you submit to the connected account, as you direct.
• To display the connected account's name and picture so you can confirm the right account.
• To keep the connection working (refreshing tokens) and to show publishing results.

TikTok permissions we request and why: user.info.basic — to show the connected TikTok account's display name and avatar; video.publish and video.upload — to upload and publish the videos you submit to that TikTok account.

How we share it

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is shared only with the relevant platform (TikTok, YouTube/Google, Meta) as needed to carry out the actions you request (for example, sending a video to TikTok to publish). We may disclose information if required by law.

Storage & security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted to authorized Geet Digital staff who operate the publishing workflow.

Data retention & deletion

We keep a connected account's tokens and profile details only while the account remains connected. When an account is disconnected, its token is revoked with the platform and deleted from our systems. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us — see below.

Your choices

You can disconnect any connected account at any time, which immediately revokes our access. You may also revoke access from within your TikTok, Google, or Meta account settings.
